At Lovett’s Boutique we love and value our Customers and want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, there will be a time when you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are glad to accept returns for new/ unworn merchandise.
- All sales are final.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for an exchange and credit only.
- Return merchandise should be in the condition as when you received it saleable, with the original tags and packaging.
- We will inspect all returned items to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
- 7 days for processing your return.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return items.
- Please send an email prior to returning the item.
- Return the item with a copy of your order and contact information (email address, phone number and home address.
